Hard Hat owner, Dan Boyd, brought in his secret weapon (Grandma Betty!) to show us how to make this yummy Texas style dessert!

I am so excited that today is Friday because I get to introduce you all to the first episode of my brand new segment "Food Fridays!"

Every Friday we will spotlight a dish at one of the eateries here in Snake River Landing, teach you how to make it, and give you a behind the scene look at how your favorite dishes are prepared!

Today's Food Friday is BABY BACK RIBS from the Hard Hat Woodfire Grill! Hard Hat owner, Dan Boyd, took me step by step on how to make this mouth-watering dish! (Do I have the best job ever or what?!)

Office Space!

Hey all! We have an AMAZING office space available here on the Pier! I took a tour of it today to show you! Check it out!

In other news...

I had Hard Hat for lunch today [their loaded fries are divine by the way...] and so I have them on my mind.

1. Have you seen their ad in the Post Register? It looks a little something like this:

I am all about finding a good deal, and this one is great.

2. They are doing karaoke every Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8 to close

3. Open Mic Night every Wednesday!

4. Starting today they are having "Friday After Noon Club" at 4:30 pm for all of us who are ready to get the weekend started a little early!! Tonight they are featuring the musical stylings of none other than SRL's very own Marketing Director Michelle Ziel!
