Happy Friday! Today is the last Friday of the month!! April is just around the corner and hopefully it will bring Spring weather with it!

Well, while we are all waiting for Spring to come, we may as well cozy up with a bowl of warm and delicious Bella Vita Italian Sausage and Tomato soup! Melanie teaches us how to make it in this week's Food Fridays video!

As many of you know the office of Senator James Risch has found its home here at Snake River Landing! About a week ago the Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce hosted the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the office! Check out how it went!

Food Fridays at Bella Vita

Its that time of the week again! Hallelujah, right?

Fridays are the best day of the week, hands down!

This week for Food Fridays we went behind the counter at Bella Vita Coffeehouse where I learned how to make a proper mocha!

Who knew that a mocha is just a chocolate latte?

If you haven't been to Bella Vita yet get yourself down there this weekend! This is one of the most comfy, chill coffeehouses I have been to. I want to just curl up in front of their fireplace with my drink and just relax.

They are located right off the pier in front of the SRL Discovery Center!

Every Friday we will spotlight a dish at one of the eateries here in Snake River Landing, teach you how to make it, and give you a behind the scene look at how your favorite dishes are prepared!

Today's Food Friday is BABY BACK RIBS from the Hard Hat Woodfire Grill! Hard Hat owner, Dan Boyd, took me step by step on how to make this mouth-watering dish! (Do I have the best job ever or what?!)
